Grapes tainted by smoke from bushfire transformed into brandy

Grapes damaged by a devastating bushfire in the Adelaide Hills in late 2019 have been turned into brandy. The research, led by the University of Adelaide, is part of a wider project aiming to help producers navigate the setbacks of climate change.
